I’m Aaron Chism the creator of Inner ChYld Creative—a space where creativity meets strategy, and wellness fuels success.

I started this journey because I saw too many creators and businesses caught between growth and authenticity. Social media moves fast, and in the rush to keep up, many lose sight of their purpose, their creative spark, and sometimes, their peace.

That’s where Inner ChYld comes in.

Before launching Inner ChYld, I spent nearly four years at TikTok as a Creator Manager, helping top creators grow by navigating trends, optimizing content, and fostering engagement. I saw firsthand that success isn’t just about posting—it’s about alignment, strategy, and authentic storytelling.

Prior to that, I spent over two years at DoorDash as a Partner Manager during the pandemic, helping restaurants and small businesses adapt and thrive. This experience deepened my understanding of digital strategy, brand positioning, and adaptability.
